Returns
Changed your mind? You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving a reason.
To request a return, please contact us at info@tintabeads.com and include your order number. We will provide you with the necessary return instructions.
After notifying us that you wish to return your order, you have 14 days to send the item back.

Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The exact cost depends on the shipping method and carrier you choose. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your proof of shipment.
Condition of returned items
You may inspect the product as you would in a physical store. If an item has been used or handled more than necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and functioning, any loss in value may be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Once you have informed us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase, we will issue the refund within 14 days. We may wait until we have received the returned item or until you provide proof that the item has been sent back.
If you return your entire order, the standard shipping costs paid when placing the order will also be refunded. Additional costs for a more expensive shipping option are not refundable.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective item, please contact us at info@tintabeads.com as soon as possible. In this case, any necessary return shipping costs will be covered by TINTABEADS.
